Lagu ini merupakan salah satu single dari album mereka yang bertajuk Dish of the Day yang dirilis pada tahun 1995 dan kemudian menjadi hits ditahun 1996. Kemudian kembali booming di tahun 2020 yang berawal dari aplikais TikTok.

Lirik ini menceritakan tentang seorang pria yang depresi setelah ditinggal oleh seseorang yang teramat berarti dalam hidupnya. Namun ada juga sumber yang berpendapat bahwa lagu ini bercerita tentang pacar sang penyanyi yang tewas saat mobilnya menabrak sebuah pohon lemon.
